On December 17, 2021 , the following individuals were appointed to the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation – Arbitration Panel for three-year terms:
- Stacy MacDonald, Chairperson;
- Kenneth LeDrew, Vice-Chairperson;
- Erin Best;
- Ian Brenton;
- Jacqueline Compton-Hobbs;
- Christopher Forbes;
- Woodrow French;
- William Bertram Pomeroy; and
- Mark Peddle
The mandate of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Panel is (Panel) is to determine compensation owing for or related to an expropriation under the aforementioned Act and Regulations.
