On March 18, 2020, the Lieutenant-Governor appointed the following individuals to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Roster for Appellate Panels for five-year terms:
- Janis Byrne
- Dennis Clarke
- Ronald McCabe
- Garreth McGrath
- Daniel Simmons
Appellate panelists may be chosen by CFTA parties to hear appeals of panel decisions regarding CFTA disputes.
