On August 4, 2021, the following individuals were reappointed to the Buildings Accessibility Appeal Tribunal for two-year terms:

- Derrick House (Vice-Chairperson)
- Brenda Kelleher-Flight
- Emily Fouchard
- Stephen Burbridge
In accordance with section 23 of the Buildings Accessibility Act, the purpose of the Buildings Accessibility Appeal Tribunal is to hear appeals from aggrieved parties concerning decisions of the Director responsible for buildings accessibility. Appeals must be started by the Tribunal not later than 30 days after receipt of the appeal and must provide its decision, in writing, within 45 days of hearing the appeal.
