On March 18, 2020, the Lieutenant-Governor appointed the following individuals to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Roster for Panels and Compliance Panels for five-year terms:
- Janis Byrne
- Gregory French
- Ronald McCabe
- Garreth McGrath
- Glenn Mifflin
Panelists may be chosen by CFTA parties to hear disputes related to measures believed to be inconsistent with a party’s obligations under the CFTA.
