On June 22, 2017, Tom Cooper and Derek Sullivan were appointed to the Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador Board of Directors for three year terms.
The Board of Directors governs the association and may exercise the powers of the association in the name and on behalf of the association.
